Our Founder

Richard Hammel serves as Founder and President of the Hammel Valuation Group. His experience includes a wide variety of appraisal and consulting assignments completed for mortgage lending, tax, portfolio analysis, and litigation support purposes. He has appraised more than 1,000 properties with a cumulative valuation of over $4 billion dollars. He is honored to have received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and has served in several positions with the local chapter of this organization.
